Meet Kylie. At just 4 ½, Kylie doesnt have that much experience with a PC. Shes a rookie. Yet she transferred her photos from her camera, color-corrected them, then e-mailed a snapshot of her pet fish, Dorothy, to her family. All using Windows Live Photo Gallery. It makes fixing and sharing photos easy at any age. Why not try it for yourself?

With Windows Live Installer you get a bunch of cool applications like the Live Photo gallery, Live Messenger, Live Mail, and Live Writer which is my favorite for editing blogs. The problem with this installation is that it takes a long time and it sometimes hangs and does not go anywhere. This can be time consuming and frustrating.
Once you do the installation the software doesn’t put the files it downloaded in a convenient place for reinstallation or to install it on another machine, instead it hides the files in a folder and names them with a long senseless name so that you will never find it. In this video I will show you how to find them so you can save them for another installation if you need.
Remember to Visit: http://www.aramistech.com/software/save-live-installer-offline-files/ for the complete review on this software and additional information.

Here I will be showing you how to make panoramas for free using a software called ‘Windows Live Photo Gallery’
Link to Download Page: http://download.live.com/photogallery
Panoramas are when you stich photos together to create a wide angle view. This software is easy to use and even though it’s free the final outcome isn’t too distorted unlike other panorama freeware.
I suggest that when taking photos for a panorama you use a tripod, this will ensure that there is as little faults or breaks in your final panorama
If you enjoy making your panoramas and you want to upload them somewhere then upload them at Panoramic Earth: http://www.panoramicearth.com/

Right now, it’s safe to say that, for some unknown reason, the Internet-Explorer-based batch photo upload feature of Kodak’s online photo gallery is incompatible with Microsoft’s Windows Vista (uploading photos one at a time works fine). It’s a killer problem because of how much time can be saved by uploading pictures in batches. It’s also a killer problem because, if you’ve been using Kodak’s online photo gallery (formerly ophoto.com) for a long time and have a lot of pictures up there, it’s not like you can easily switch to another service (lock-in is just bigger problem with using online photo services).
Originally, in working with the folks at Kodak, I thought I this incompatibility was restricted to standard users of Vista (and that, so long as you were logged into Vista an administrative user, Kodak’s Web site worked swimmingly). But as it turns out, despite a 15-step workaround that was e-mailed to me by a Kodak spokesperson, even being logged in to Vista as an administrator is problematic (although less so than if you’re logged in as a standard user). In this Tech Shakedown video, you can see how, when attempting to use the plug-in as Vista standard user, it simply doesn’t work.

Use these drivers to scan if you don’t have, can’t install, or choose not to install the HP software. This will only allow you to scan one page at a time and the printer must be able to print from the computer (plug and play install) for these instructions to work.
I am an HP employee, but I do not represent HP on this website.
