Here it is, finally creating a tutorial with a little foresight as far as using what we make here for many other tutorials. We will create a simple metal type panel with these six thumbnails sitting on it. Using CSS to style the panel and the thumbnails we are able to create a really nice clean effect as well as giving out thumbnails rollovers and all of this is done very easily and is also super easy to update! It’s a fantastic free website based program, no installation needed, that lets you edit pictures, much like PhotoShop!

It is a very useful and fun program! It has been linked to sites such as Myspace, Twitter, Flickr, Facebook, Photobucket, & More! Also you can upload pictures from your personal website, certain web photo albums and even your computer.
It is free, However, there is an option to be a paid user, letting you do even more options with pictures. Some- however- have a slight loop hole, bypassing the paid user option. I will also share that information here.
