It’s a fantastic free website based program, no installation needed, that lets you edit pictures, much like PhotoShop!

It is a very useful and fun program! It has been linked to sites such as Myspace, Twitter, Flickr, Facebook, Photobucket, & More! Also you can upload pictures from your personal website, certain web photo albums and even your computer.
It is free, However, there is an option to be a paid user, letting you do even more options with pictures. Some- however- have a slight loop hole, bypassing the paid user option. I will also share that information here.
